Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for orders worth $59.95 and over Australia-wide, $9.99 flat rate will apply for orders under $59.95.

All orders are shipped no later than 5 business days of receipt Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Order placed between 4pm – 5pm on Friday is due for processing by the next Monday. We use Australian Post / Border Express Currier Service to deliver our order. If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.

If an item goes on backorder, we will ship the part of your order. You will not be charged with additional shipping and handling fee for the back-order shipment.
